Refund and Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have thirty (30) days to return an item from the date it was purchased.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. If opened, the product must be at least 75% full.
Service Returns & Exchanges
All services and packages are non-refundable. Any unused services will not be refunded and expire within two (2) years from the date it was purchased.
You have thirty (30) days, from the date of purchase, to receive a service credit of any unused service(s) if deemed unsatisfactory. Please contact us by emailing, email@example.com or calling our office, (512) 827-3439 for the dollar amount of an unused service back on your account.
All service and package credits are not eligible to be applied towards retail products. Transfer of services or packages to another party is examined on a case-by-case basis.
